Robusta Coffee Powder beans are grown in Nongpoh, located 60 km from Guwahati in Assam and 51 Kms from Shillong. It is a town found in the North of the East Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya, situated very close to the gorgeous Brahmaputra plains.
These coffee beans are grown at an elevation of 485 meters (1591 feet) above sea level.
Robusta Coffee has a malty taste, with hints of berry and dark chocolate aftertaste.
Robusta Coffee Powder beans are procured from one of our coffee partners Bah Shem.

Processing of Robusta Coffee with Natural Dry Process
Also known as the dry process, natural processing is one of the oldest ways to process coffee. After picking the coffee cherries from the coffee trees, our partner coffee farmers spread out the pulps in thin layers to dry out in the sun.
The coffee is then being dispatched to our in-housed processing unit.
The coffee is stored in a room with a minimum temperature of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.
The next process is hulling, the team hulls the coffee cherries using hulling machine.
After the hulling process the next step is sieving the beans, that is separating the beans and the outer skin of the beans (pulp). The beans are then sorted manually by hand to ensure that we give our customers the best-looking beans, thereby amplifying the overall wild coffee experience.
Finally, the coffee is packed in the pouches ready to be shipped to your home!
NOTE: WE ONLY DRY THE BEANS THAT ARE NOT FULLY DRIED YET.
How to use the g Indiantattva’s Ground Wild Robusta Coffee Powder?
Tasty coffee in just three simple steps:
1. Place a paper filter or a muslin cloth place over a tea strainer and add 2 tablespoons of the ground coffee into it.
2. Pour hot water and and let the coffee brew at its own pace.
3. After filtering you can add more hot water to the brew if you prefer black coffee. Or you can add some milk to it if that's you like your coffee.
And you're done! Enjoy your perfect cup of wild coffee.
Note: Make sure you only open the container when needed as the coffee is prone to moisture every time you open the container.
